Who We Are.

We are your local printing service based in Barton-Upon-Humber with over 180 years pedigree. We are well known within the local community, and we actively support businesses and charities alike.

Newton Printing Services was established in 1833 by Charles Ball at Market Lane, Barton-upon-Humber and carried on by 3 generations of his family until 1937 when the business was sold to his senior apprentice John Lovitt.

John Lovitt continued running the business until his retirement at the end of 1979, and sold the company to his apprentice Barrie Newton, who changed the name of the company to Newton Printing Services.

Peter Marshall joined the company in 1983. After completing his apprenticeship, and having had many years to learn all about the business, he bought the company in 2006.
