CDs are similar to DVDs but have a smaller storage capacity. The storage capacity of the discs we sell is 700MB, which can store approximately 210 pictures or 750 mins of music or 100 mins of video. We have blank CDs available in the following formats:
-R these types of discs can only be written to once, and are ideal for storing data or photos that you never want to be overwritten
-RW these types of discs can be written over as mean times as you like, and are ideal for keeping regular backups
DVDs are similar to CDs but have a larger storage capacity. The storage capacity of the discs we sell is 4.7GB for standard DVD discs, which can store approximately 1100 pictures or 4250 mins of music or 650 mins of video. We have blank DVDs available in the following formats:
-R these types of discs can only be written to once, and are ideal for storing data or photos that you never want to be overwritten
-RW these types of discs can be written over as mean times as you like, and are ideal for keeping regular backups
Dual Layer these types have almost double the capacity of standard DVDs at 8.5GB, and can be overwritten just like -RW DVDs
